Consider educational pieces such as flyers, posters, or other media that might be most effective with your patient population. You may create a flyer, poster, or any other media that is suitable for your patient population you will be presenting it to PART 2 Discussion paper Post 1 to 2 page discussion paper on a description of the stroke prevention media piece that you created. Include the details of your educational media, and if possible, a copy of the actual media piece.
