Mock interview

There are many different ways to write up an intake with clinical interview. You can use examples provided and/or you can structure your own. Write questions in preparation for a mock clinical interview with a client who had a traumatic experience. In the questions you write, be sure to address the following: Safety Childhood Trauma event Current symptoms Substance use Risk assessment Conduct a mock clinical interview with a friend, family member, or classmate. Please keep in mind this is a mock interview and the interviewee does not need have experienced any actual trauma. Write a 700-1,050-word summary of the clinical interview completed.
