Evaluation of humanitarian response

Description Written task will enable students to assimilate knowledge by commenting on an evaluation of a humanitarian response. Assessment 2 Please select one of two evaluation reports conducted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) on recent humanitarian interventions (uploaded below). Topic: A critical analysis of a humanitarian intervention evaluation report. The purpose of the assessment is for you to read a recent humanitarian intervention evaluation to understand how the evaluation was conducted, and write a report in which you identify and comment on: stated purpose of and rationale for the evaluation methodology used in the evaluation underlying values and principles what data were collected, and was it appropriate for the evaluation? were NGOs / other organisations involved in the evaluation, and in what capacity? what criteria, if any, were used to evaluate actions and achievements? how its approach differed from that suggested by the International Federation Red Cross and Red Cresent Societies (or another) framework and if this is of concern (the International Federation Red Cross and Red Cresent Societies framework can be found here: http://www.ifrc.org/Global/Publications/monitoring/IFRC-Framework-for-Evaluation.pdf ) And please follow the rubric
